India's Frontier Railways

3 part series on the trainlines on India's borders, produced by 3Di TV for BBC4.

I worked as Post Production Supervisor on the project, managing multiple projects and setting up pipelines for the editing of the project. I also carried out additional editing on 2 of the episodes.
Executive Produced by Gerry Troyna at 3Di TV (creator of Bombay Railway), the project was filmed and edited over 2 years, using a multitude of cameras in different countries. This meant that more than 800 hours of footage had to be managed between multiple editors. A very challenging process for everyone involved, but one which ended up as an excellent series.
Below is an excerpt from the episode which won RTS awards for Post Production (edited by Martin John Harris) and for the director Tarun Bhartiya.
